Q: What services do you offer?
A: I am able to accommodate a variety of services for any event. Audio and microphones will be provided for your ceremony in addition to overall entertainment for your reception or other event. Also, dance lighting will be provided for your reception and me as your host. What sets me apart is my ability to host your wedding reception, this is a missing element that is a must have for your guests to know what's next.
Q: What are your rates?
A: My pricing is customized to the needs of the client. Weddings are priced differently than a party or a prom. It's best to contact me directly with the details of your event for an accurate quote.
Q: How do I secure a date? Do you have a contract?
A: Once we've had a conversation over the phone or a sit-down consultation in person and discussed the needs of your event you will receive a quote. Your quote will include the deposit amount needed to secure your date. To secure the date you will need to fill out the contract and return it with the deposit amount we agreed on. Once both contract and deposit are in hand your day is officially secured. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE and a 30 day notice is expected if you cancel your event. Also I have a book and block policy which means I did not take another event on that day neither do I send another DJ in my place unless I'm physically incapable of being able to perform that day. If this happens I will then send a back-up DJ if I can't make it due to physical injury.
Q: When is the balance due? How early do you get to events?
A: Balance is due the day of the event upon my arrival. Once payment is in hand I will begin to set up for the event. Also I typically get to every event 3 hours before time in order to set up. This is my personal time and I do not charge for it.
Q: Do you have your own equipment? Do you have a microphone?
A: I'm a professional DJ that has spent top dollar on my equipment. That's the foundation for a successful DJ and yes I have my own microphone. I have enough equipment to fill most venues.
Q: Do you provide UPLIGHTING, PHOTOBOOTHS, SPECIAL LIGHTING?
A: If you want that something extra for your event I can definitely point you in the right direction with a vendor who can accommodate your needs. Right now that's not something I specialize in as my main focus is to provide entertainment for your event. However I can help in making sure you have EVERYTHING you want for your event.
Q: Do you travel?
A: Traveling is definitely something I look forward to doing. If your event is outside of Chattanooga, Tennessee yes I am willing to travel. If your event is 2 hours outside of Chattanooga, Tennessee a hotel room will be needed for the night. Travel expenses will need to be discussed during the consultation.
